Sea World Polar Express Christams November 29 , 2008

Saturday, November 29, 2008
Another fun day at Sea World. This month Sea World is offering the Polar Express exhibit, snow, winter characters and a special Shamu show. The weather has been very cold the last few weeks but for some reason today felt like summer. Mom thinks I look funny dressed in sandals and a short sleeve shirt, while parading around the winter wonderland scenes. When I entered the park I ran right in line to see Mr. Penguin. The Christmas tree was taller than my daddy. I think it almost touched the sky.

I spent the day with my best friend Jillian. We cut in line to get this photo!

During the day Jillian and I smelled the roses every chance we could. Mommy told me to pick the petals the had fallen onto the ground. I picked a few when she wasn't looking. What she doesn't know won't hurt her.

Sunshine! I forgot my shades so I used moms for a while.

The famous ride. I was not as nervous this time. Look I actually have a big smile on my face.

Pictures with Santa November 2008

Pictures with Santa.
This year we went to see Santa at the Millennium Mall before Thanksgiving because mom and dad did not want to stand in line for three and half hours like they did last year. This year was so nice because we only waited for 10min. Enjoy the photos!

2008 Millennium Mall Santa Photos. My parents can't get over how much I have grown.

This year I was eager to touch Santa's beard.

My first time seeing Santa. Mom says I did really well, in fact I did not even cry.

Who is this hairy guy?

Group shot!

Thanksgiving Day November 2008

Thanksgiving Day!
For the last ten years my dad and mom have either celebrated Thanksgiving with his family, my moms family or at the fire house. This Thanksgiving was very different! We celebrated Thanksgiving at our house with just Dad, Mom, Adam and me. Dad did all the cooking, I helped a little but he did all the work! Daddy, cooked the turkey, made the mash potatoes, gravy, stuffing and green beans. He even made two chocolate creme pies. Mom says daddy earned major brownie points. Mom on the other hand, set the table and made our Thanksgiving feast very beautiful. We had a very nice Thanksgiving and the folks were happy that Adam and I were very well behaved. See the photos below. Helping my dad make green beans.

I am snapping beans.

This is the table mommy set for us. She got out the good dishes, crystal wine classes that probably have not been used since my parents wedding day (2000). She also added my great grandma Elaine's silver set.

This is a close up of the silver my great grandma Elaine gave to my mom when she passed away. This is the first time we have used it. I even used it!

All smiles. Yes mom even got Adam and I dressed up in our Thanksgiving outfits.

My first Thanksgiving! Green beans, sweet potatoes and turkey, I am in heaven!

Look, I am being so careful as I use all of our nice Thanksgiving dinner wear. I feel and am acting like such a princess. I ate all my turkey and even went back for seconds.

Playing a card game with my little brother while my mom cleans the dishes. I told you before, my brother loves to play with everything I have. Sometimes I let him and other time I have a fit!

I see you! Don't mind the sweet potatoes on my shirt, it is almost bath time!

We have a Cousin! November 2008

Our cousin!
We have a cousin. Jude Thomas Grayson was born on November 8th. We would like to thank everyone for keeping Jude in your thoughts and prayers. Jude is doing great and made it home from the hospital to celebrate the big Turkey Day.
The cool part about having a new cousin is that Jude and I are only eight months apart and being both boys, we should become the best of buds!

October has come to an and November has begun!

October comes to an end and November has begun.

I will be 8 months old on November 5th. Good news for me… I can start eating baby yogurt and a lot of what mom and dad eat mashed into pieces I can handle. I am much more interested in their food now than my bland baby food so this should make me very happy. We are still trying the sippy cup with no luck yet, I still just plays with it. I still only have my front two bottom teeth, but I can feel that my top two are ready to come out any day now.

New things I am up to these days:

Pulling myself up onto everything
Crawling like a champ
Talking a lot and very loud but no consonant sounds yet
Likes to pull Sarah's hair and take her toys away from her
I Smile around new faces
I Laugh at puppets and talking stuffed animals
I Grin very big and gets really excited when dad comes home from work.

Finally, I have a designer wardrobe now thanks to Grandma Denise and Grandpa Bob
I love standing up onto anything I can get my hands onto. Mom really does not like when I stand in the tub and for some reason every time I stand up, she puts me right back down. I thought shedding a few tears would encourage her to give in but I guess I was wrong. Safe Adam, that is all I hear from my sis these days, what is up with that!
More bath tub fun!

I got this really cool car from my friends Jillian and Gerry. I ride in this thing every place I go! My sister loves pushing me around the neighborhood in it. Sarah loves to look for acorns, so she pushes me a little, then picks up acorns and the cycle repeats itself. I just wish she would be a little quicker picking up acorns because I really like to be on the move!

Waiting and watching! Sis, don't you think you have enough acorns?

Sarah enjoying pushing me. Mom says I am growing up so fast and she thinks I look like such a big boy in this car. Every time we walk around the neighborhood everyone can't get over how big I am. Some of the older ladies, say what are you feeding that kid!

Page Private School Haloween Party

October 31, 2008

Halloween was such a busy day. The adventures began at 8:45am with a Halloween parade at my school. After the parade we headed to the auditorium to check out the Halloween Carnival. Finally we enjoyed our class party with pizza and treats! While I took a nap, Grandma stayed at school to help mommy plan for the next week. My adventures continue on the next blog page, Halloween Night! A proud pirate starting the parade with grandma Denise and yes, I love being the line leader. My teacher says I am the leader of the class and love to act like the teacher.

After the parade we headed to the auditorium to enjoy the bounce house.

Grandma Denise and me riding the train.

A Halloween party wouldn't be the same without face painting.

Don't forget to check out the videos. These videos were taking during the Halloween Carnival at my school!

Happy Halloween Friday, October 31, 2008

October 31, 2008
Grandma Denise came into town to celebrate Halloween with us! We had a blast dressing up like pirates! Halloween night we went to Macy's house for a night of trick or treating with some of our friends Jillian, Gavin, Wyatt, Preston, and Macy.
Grandma could not be happier!

Photos with our neighbors Katie and Caroline.

Group hug!

Cheese!

My first Halloween! I really dig this pumpkin, in fact I played with it for a very long time.

Pre-Trick or Treating meal. We loved our pizza a chicken nuggets.

Pirate fun. I am going to get you Preston!

Girls just want to have fun! Gerry is that really Sprite?

Daddy, look at all the candy!

This tree was so cool. A man was dressed up as a tree and in the dark it was very hard to notice until he started to walk towards us. I was not sure of it at first, as a matter of fact I ran to my mommy until I saw Gerry and Jillian talking to the tree.

The three Amigos enjoying their Halloween candy!

My first real kiss!

I am sooo tired can we go?
