Day in the Park Lake Eola Sunday, September 14, 2008

Sunday, September 14, 2008

A summer day at Lake Eola. This place has a park, ducks to feed, and lots of room to walk and play ball. Today was a busy day at Lake Eola because they had the farmers market going on, so we picked up some fresh pineapple to eat for snack. I have never really enjoyed pineapple before but for some reason today it tasted great! As a matter of fact I almost ate the entire container. My brother and I swinging and he is just laughing up a storm. We a getting along so well I just love my little bro.
Enjoying the swings.
Look at me Super Model 101

Ok, since I am two and a half and have become very independent I decided that it was my turn to take charge and push my brother on the swings. Then again a big sister is supposed to take care of her litter brother.
Hanging out on the field watching my sister playing.
Kick, kick look how far I can kick the ball mommy.
More fun!
I am so ready to show my sister some moves, although I think I'll just relax a little while more.

Swim Day Gerry and Jillian's Pool Saturday, September 13, 2008

September 13, 2008
Today we spent the day at Jillian's pool!
Don't you like my float. I am really enjoying myself. My sister is having a blast behind me.
Mommy and me!
Jillian my friend is a pro at swimming I am trying to jump into the pool like she does but I just have not worked up enough courage yet.

Hanging out on a nice summer day with mommy. Yes, I am loving the water and about to fall asleep because I am sooo relaxed.
I did not want much to do with my mom today. I only wanted to play with Gerry who is Jillian's mommy. I would not let Gerry out of my sight. Mom says she was such a trooper with me.
Playing ball with mommy.

Moxie Moms Lakeshore Event Satuday, September 7, 2008

Saturday, September 7, 2008

A few of the Moxie Moms met up at Lakeshore Learning Store to do a few arts and crafts. Every Saturday this teacher store offers arts and crafts for kids.

Making a back to school photo frame. My picture is supposed to fit on the school bus but I would much rather add gems.
My friends Gillian, Graci and Gavin also attended the fun filled event.

Disney On Ice!
Mom has had the post card that advertised the Disney On Ice show on the fridge for months. The night before the show mom and dad decided to order tickets for the opening show, since they were half the price. Adam and I think they made a good decision because we had a blast. As we all know I am a Little Mermaid fan and that was the main event. Along with Tinker Bell, Cars, Lion King, and Micky and Minnie. Before the show started we looked at each Disney showcase. I think mom was a little upset that I was not in my princess dress but it did not even phase me. Considering mom rushed home from work and the show was at 7:00 in Orlando we are lucky we even made it.

Walking the steep stair to the AMWAY THEATER
Aladdin showcase. Yes, I got caught by the guard but is all I wanted was a piece of that treasure.
My favorite, Little Mermaid.

The family with Snow White!
Micky and Minnie opened the show.
Enjoying every minute.
I loved the show too. It is way past my bed time but I am still going strong.

What we have been waiting for, Ariel!
Yes, she is HOT!
Lion King was really cool!
Watching Tinker Bell.
Tinker Bell was the last show and everyone was ready to go. We had a blast but by the time we got home it was after 10pm. Everyone was out like a light.

SIX MONTHS OLD Thursday, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008

Thursday, September 5, 2008

I AM SIX MONTHS OLD!

My six month appointment went really well. I got all my shots, cried just a little and did not run a fever. I weigh 17 pound 2 ounces and am 27 and half inches long. I am 90 percentile for height and 50 percentile for weight. I have two bottom teeth and two top teeth coming in. I roll over, and push myself all over the floor. I am not yet crawling but almost got the hang of it. I am sitting up for short periods of time. Mom is making my some of my food, mostly fruits and I usually eat store bought vegetables. I have eaten, peaches, pears, avocado, peas, bananas, sweet potato's, applesauce, and green beans; which I am not a fan of at all! I smile and laugh all the time, overall I am a very, very happy baby.

This is me with my sis at two weeks old.

Look how big I am now. Thanks Renee and Emily for the jump seat. I love it! Mommy wishes she had one of these when Sarah was a baby.
Laughing up a storm.
My exersaucer is in Ohio, which does not really matter because it has been recalled. Thanks Emily and Renee for letting me use yours.
I am cutting two more teeth. I did not cry much when my bottom teeth came in but these top teeth really hurt. This is not the best photo of me but it gives everyone a true picture of how much pain I am in! Give me some Orajel!

Sorry, but ma ma could not get the video adjusted for better viewing.

Sea World August 2008

August 2008
Sea World Since mommy is a teacher and Adam and I are under 3 years of age, we get into Sea World for free. Daddy bought a pass, which is only $8.00 a month and you can't pass up a deal like that. Today was a perfect day considering all the storms we have been having.

For some reason we had to park really far away. We had to ride the train just to get to the main gate. I really enjoyed the ride but Adam was not to sure what to think.
Watching the turtles with my daddy.
Looking at the Sea Lion. It was so hungry it almost came up to the glass.
This is the Sea Lion that had eyes on me.

Feeding the Sea Lions. I was not crazy about touching the dead fish so I left that job up to my daddy.
Can you say Hungry! This was so cool. A girl came out with a cart full of fish. There is a cool video at the end be sure to check it out.
Looking at the Penguins.
I was more amazed by the guy. I wanted to know if I could go in with the Penguins too.
Learning about different types of Penguins.

The Manatee's eating lettuce. I watched this for at least ten minutes.
Look how big they are.
I got to touch a dolphin for the first time.
I got to see a real dolphin for the first time.
The dolphin decided to put on a show for sis and I.
