Happy Birthday to me! Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Adam Robert Chorak. My parents are Chad and Jennifer Chorak and my big sister is Sarah Marie Chorak. I was born today, Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 11:14 am. I weigh 7 pds. 15 oz. and am 21" (can you believe it, I am only one ounce way from 8 pounds.
