Last weekend we went to my friends Maddy's pool party. All and all it was a relaxing weekend! Da Da and I just don't want to get out of bed! We are only 16 days apart.I love Maddy's kitchen. I played with it for hours. Bye bye mom! A swing from a tree how cool is this! Maddy sure does have a lot of cool toys! It is hard to see but there is a slide on the right side of the picture. After climbing up and down the slide about twenty times, I finally got enough courage and slid down the slide. From that point on, I continued to slide on my side, belly and head first!
These are the flowers Chad gave to me on our anniversary! It is hard to believe that on June 3oth Chad and I celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary. I couldn't of asked for a better anniversary, a steak dinner on the grill, flowers and an exchange of cards along side a two year old and a three month old. Although this experience was very different than what Chad and I are used to, we really enjoyed being with our children. We both had a chance to reflect on how far we have come as individuals, a couple and parents.
Now don't get me wrong, we are still going to celebrate without any kids attached to the hip once we are in Ohio. Our plans are to camp at Houston Woods or Whinten Woods, depending on availability and canoeing options. The kids are staying with the grandparents, which of course they don't mind one bit. If it was up to grandma Denise and grandpa Bob, Chad and I could leave the kids with them everyday during our visit. Basically, the grandparents want the kids to themselves and Chad and I are all for that, considering we have no family in Florida. The trip will hopefully meet all our needs!

I am a proud mother of two wonderful children. My Daughter Sarah Marie was born on March 20, 2006 and my son Adam Robert born on March 5, 2008. I am a full time working mom, who teaches kindergarten. I have been married for eight years to my loving husband Chad. He is a dedicated father and husband. He also takes pride working as a fire fighter. We never thought parenthood could be so enjoyable! The best part about being parents is watching our children reach their milestones!
